Unanswered: SSRS 2000 Internet Explorer has stopped working when trying to print
When I try and print from my PC I get the error, Internet Explorer has stopped working. I started getting this since there were updates applied to my PC.
My PC is Windows 7 32 bit and the server, where the report printing still works, Windows Server 2003 R2 SP 2 32 bit.
Everything was fine until about middle last week when the PC's on site got updates applied, now no one can print unless they first export to PDF or something.
Any help would be appreciated please.
Check your Windows Update logs to see what updates were applied (on Win7 just type "Windows Update" in to the start menu, open the app and you'll find the option of "View Update History").
What version of IE are you running?
If you leave it be for 10 minutes, does it eventually work?
I am using IE 11 but no PC's are working regardless of IE version. Uninstalling the update won't help as it will just reinstall. No leaving it for any length of time does nothing, it simply won't work, just crashes.
Anyone have any ideas?
