    Help in ERD

Read the two scenarios given below and identify the Entities and then identify Attributes related to these entities and hence draw the Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) in both cases given below.

    a) A company has a number of employees having their name, address and date of birth. The company has several projects having a code, description and start date. Some employees are given salary one hourly based work with fixed per hour rate while other are one payroll and have fixed per month salary plus residence allowance. Each employee is assigned one or more projects and he may not be assigned to any project. A project must have at least one employee and may have more than one employees assigned.
    b) A laboratory has several chemists who work on various projects and who may use certain kind of equipment on each project, there are also different chemicals involved in a project that a chemist may use chemicals have a name, number and the quantity. Chemist has a name and phone number, while project has an id and start date. Equipment can have a number and its price.

I believe you're asking for diagrams for these scenarios.

I guess, the diagrams provided below may help. (The problem in both situations is connected to modeling many-to-many relationship in correct way).
