    FIRST :-

I have a grid installed. But the problem is after restarting my pc. Listener suppose to get started automatically but in real it does not start automatically. I beleive in grid LISTENER suppose to get start automatically but it does not start automatically WHY ? As a result if you check the lsnrctl status after restarts and loging insides then this is the STATUS that it shows :-

    [grid@netsystemsolution ~]$ lsnrctl status

LSNRCTL for Linux: Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production on 26-DEC-2014 20:31:53

Copyright (c) 1991, 2011, Oracle. All rights reserved.

    Connecting to (ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=)(PORT=1521))
    TNS-12541: TNS:no listener
    TNS-12560: TNSrotocol adapter error
    TNS-00511: No listener
    Linux Error: 111: Connection refused
    [grid@netsystemsolution ~]$

    SECOND :

After then I have start LISTENER manually with this following commands and here is what it shows after starting listener

    [grid@netsystemsolution ~]$ lsnrctl start

LSNRCTL for Linux: Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production on 26-DEC-2014 20:34:27

Copyright (c) 1991, 2011, Oracle. All rights reserved.

    Starting /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/bin/tnslsnr: please wait...

TNSLSNR for Linux: Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production
    Log messages written to /u01/app/grid/diag/tnslsnr/netsystemsolution/listener/alert/log.xml
    Listening on: (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=netsyste msolution.com)(PORT=1521)))

    Connecting to (ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=)(PORT=1521))
    STATUS of the LISTENER

    SNMP OFF
    Listener Log File /u01/app/grid/diag/tnslsnr/netsystemsolution/listener/alert/log.xml
    Listening Endpoints Summary...
    (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=netsyste msolution.com)(PORT=1521)))
    The listener supports no services
    The command completed successfully
    [grid@netsystemsolution ~]$

Third : After starting LSNRCTL START , I have to wait at least like one minutes and after then if you recheck the LSNRCTL STATUS again then this is what it shows :-

    [grid@netsystemsolution admin]$ lsnrctl status

LSNRCTL for Linux: Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production on 26-DEC-2014 21:03:45

    Listener Log File /u01/app/grid/diag/tnslsnr/netsystemsolution/listener/alert/log.xml
    Listening Endpoints Summary...
    (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=netsyste msolution.com)(PORT=1521)))
    Services Summary...
    Service "+ASM" has 1 instance(s).
Instance "+ASM", status READY, has 1 handler(s) for this service...
    The command completed successfully

After looking at the above status. I followed NETMGR and deleted SERVICE NAME ORCL and save and exit
Again I went to NETCA or NETMGR recreated the service named ORCL and did LSNRCTL START and again I checked the LSNRCTL STATUS but it shows the following output only :

    [grid@netsystemsolution admin]$ lsnrctl services

LSNRCTL for Linux: Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production on 26-DEC-2014 21:09:20

    Connecting to (ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=)(PORT=1521))
    The listener supports no services
    The command completed successfully

    [grid@netsystemsolution admin]$ lsnrctl status
