    Answered: Issues with Windows 8.1

BD applications works on Windows 8.1 but when I try to design the form, BD crash .

The issues are with version 10.5 and 10.5 Beta.

The biggest resolution that works with no crashing is 2048 x 1152. Compiled applications works fine at 2560 x 1440."

Download and install this on your PC.

That will very likely fix your problem.

The installation of Visual Basic 6.0 did not fix the problem.

Do I have to install any .net? I notice that windows 8.1 does not have any .net installed.

I'm not sure if .net is be directly related. All I can say is that it's installed on my Win8.1 machine and I have no issues.
