Unanswered: User Log-in with Security for Database

Hi... I am developing a Task list database in MS Access that will have multiple users. I want each user to have a login/password that once entered, will only allow the user to view tasks that either they have added to the database or have been assigned to complete. I don't want them to be able to see any other items; only the db administrator can see ALL records in the database. For example, "Bob Jones" logs in and he can view all the records that he as been as assigned to complete (in a field called "Responsible Lead" which will be a drop down menu) and those that he has initiated (from a field called "AI Originator" also from a drop down menu). Unsure how to go about this set up. Any suggestions?

Consider using the network logon in place of users logging on in Access

Thank you but I don't know how to do that. I am not an IT person so I don't have access to that information to program.

    Yes you do.
    Google dev ashish api call
One of the key reasons I'm suggesting you use it is that there are no security issues with trying to write your own log on process.
