    Unanswered: Installation Errors

Parent key not found. - The required parent key is present in the parent table and also the parent is loaded before the child table. But still the session fails with this error.

Your question seems to relate to Powercentre. Perhaps you should ask the question in a Powercentre forum, or ask Informatica directly on their own forums.

For pure DB2, you can create a set of aliases from PCDWTEST that point to PCDWPROD objects, but no guarantees that Powercenter would work with that.

What do you mean by Aliases?

To follow up on your suggestions, when you say aliases, can you be a little more explanatory and descriptive.

Most likely you will need to persist with Informatica, because they probably have options for moving repositories between schemas.

For db2 education, refer to the free on-line Knowledge-centre for your (unspecified) version of DB2 and your (unspecified) platform.

For example, if your db2 runs on Linux/Unix/Windows and is Version 10.1 then refer to:

    Thanks.

In the mean time, if you come across any other material that you believe might help me with this please share them with me. Thanks again.
