    Unanswered: Simple ASP page referencing two values

    I'm really sorry to ask a simple question like this but I'm in a rush and haven't touched really touched asp for a while.

    What I need is a single webpage with two text boxes for input EmpNo1 varchar(6), and EmpNo2 varchar(6)

    Upon entering these and pressing 'submit' I want the page to run a line of script referencing these two values.

    For the life of me I cannot remember how to do this.

    Can someone offer a suggestion?

    Christy

    Create a form
    Code:
    <form method="post" action="handler_page.asp">
      <input type="text" name="username" />
      <input type="submit" />
    </form>
    Then on the handler_page.asp (the forms action):
    Code:
    <%
      Response.Write(Request.Form("username"))
    %>
    Form method should be one of post or get.
    POST = Request.Form
    GET = Request.QueryString

    Thank you so much. I'm sorry to waste your time on such a simple one.
