Unanswered: Trigger creation inside a stored procedure

    Hi,

I am new to mysql. I have a requirement as need to drop all the triggers on few tables & after some operations, again need to recreate them. I can easily do this on sql server & db2 as we have options called disable trigger & dynamic trigger creation inside a stored procedure, which is not available in mysql at all.

As I am new bee can't able to think beyond my knowledge on mysql.

can some one kindly provide me a outer view to accomplish this.
I just want to create a trigger inside a stored procedure .

I am using mysql 5.6 on windows.

    Thanks in advance

Hi, there is no native support for enabling or disabling triggers in MySQL. I have prepared a paper which shows how this can be simulated within the TRIGGER code. http://www.it-iss.com/mysql/mysql-ho...bled-triggers/
