    Unanswered: VPN Connections

Hi all I need your help.

I have VPN (ADSL A-sync) connections and want to share the database.
It gives me a time-out error but I can see the user in the connected client.
The database is 200mb. The Lines are 0.8Mb upload and 0.8Mb download.

If I use a small test database then it's working fine.

    Any Suggestions?

    Regards
    Hennie

    My experience:
Brilliantdatabase is not designed for low bandwith connections like ADSL.

    Solution:
Install a terminal server (costs money) and let the user work as remote client.
A low bandwith connection will have no more and bad effect and you have less support because all users are working on your tested terminal environement.

I agree, for a scale of project just like yours, you need to have a terminal server to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Thank you all, I will try it.
In the mean time I created an extra Machine next to the server witch will log the users into the server through Remote desktop. It's working.
