Unanswered: Spreadsheet for calculating late breaks
I'm trying to create a spreadsheet that will automatically calculate the late breaks (when a member of staff has took too long for their break) when the raw data is entered.
Name /Number /Staffed Time /AUX Time /Default /Break /Lunch
John Smith /12345 /09:15:43 /1:11:27 /:25:01 /:14:09 /:29:44
I'd like it to be able to calulate their break entitlement based on the staffed time, so for example, on an 8 hour shift they would get 20 minutes worth of breaks and a 30 minute lunch, and if then if they are over by more than 1 minute, it would conditionally format the cell red.
What's the best way to set this up as I'm struggling to get it to work at the moment.
