Answered: Db2java procedure on ibm Data studio

    Hi ,

I am getting some different issue.
I have written a db2java procedure that accepts two input arguments with char(100). The procedure is compiling & when I am able to run the procedure the datatype length is changing.
I have coded this on IBM data studio 4.1 & using Db2 c express on windows.

    Below is the code

    CREATE PROCEDURE POC12 ( IN userName CHAR(100),
    IN password CHAR(100) )
    SPECIFIC SQL150325142432195
    DETERMINISTIC
    LANGUAGE JAVA
    EXTERNAL NAME 'XUV57G.DS_20150325142313:com.Pa588.p9815981i.POC1 2.x_POC12'
    FENCED
    THREADSAFE
    PARAMETER STYLE JAVA

This procedure got compiled without any error. When I am trying to call the procedure this is the way how the datatype length is changing.
