Unanswered: Whether Oracle 11g R2 is certified to be used on RHEL 7 version ?

Today I was asked to install Oracle Database 11g R2 on a machine with RHEL 7.1 installed on it. Since due to the deactivation of our Oracle Support Account we were not able to asked for it's certification on this OS version from Oracle directly, so we strucked in between of this activity. Even after extensive googling we were not able to get satisfied answer.
My question is simple: Has Oracle Certified RHEL 7.X versions to be used for Oracle Database Production servers ? Answers after confirmation from authentic sources like Oracle Metalink or Oracle support along with the screenshot would be the best.

Supporting an OS and using certified OS for Production purpose is different.

The question was intended to confirm it from the certification matrix which oracle provides on its' oracle support site. Since I have an urgency and I do not have metalink access at present that's why I am asking this question.

You can lead some folks to knowledge, but you can not make them think.
The average person thinks he's above average!
For most folks, they don't know, what they don't know.

The installation guide is part of the manual and is publicly available (check the link I posted).
