Unanswered: Fell the msdb database. Went to this fun mode.

Backups I have but how to restore from them it is unclear - suspend mode.
In attempt to transfer it to the EMERGENCY mode writes
    Msg 5058, Level 16, State 6, Line 2
Option 'EMERGENCY' cannot be set in database 'msdb'.
And how to fight against it???

You may want to adjust the language for these pages to one of your choosing.

To restore msdb or other system databases, see https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/ms190190.aspx

To restore user databases, see https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/ms177429.aspx

In theory, theory and practice are identical. In practice, theory and practice are unrelated.

Please describe "doesn't worked" in more detail.

The web page that I provided was fact-checked by the people who designed and built the database engine, so I'm pretty comfortable that it is technically correct. It is possible that you're having problems that aren't actually related to SQL Server, and a discussion of what failed to work would help me to understand your problems so that I can help you.
