Unanswered: Work Allocation
I've an Access table which contains different Queue names wise data, I want to simply divide the number of records in equal parts by selecting each Queue name, for example I've a Queue called "CH_SUPPORT_JEOPARDY" which contains 20 records I want a update data with Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 and Q5, by set of 4 each and for odd number of records it should be distribute as even as possible

first off you need to normalise your design
effetivley onbe table per logical grouip of data, and never ever repeat the same element of data.
ferinstance you should probably ghave a tabel for queues,. witht he PK of that in your main data table
similarly a table for people (you can roll up employees and managers into the same table.
..why well waht happens if someone misspelt an employees or managers name... how would the computer know that Mank.nag is the same as ManikNag?I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton
