    Unhappy Unanswered: Normalizing an invoice

    I am a beginner. I have this form to normalize. I tried to normalize watching various tutorials . but i am still confuse with the process. please help me out normalizing it to 3NF. Click image for larger version.

    The first one uses an invoice as the example so should help you to understand the process.
    90% of users' problems can be resolved by punching them - the other 10% by switching off their PCs.

    repeating groups?

    but for each course registration a new booking form needs to be filled. so for each course for a same student have diffent booking number. so in this case UNF = 1NF ??

    so in this case UNF = 1NF ??
    Put at its simplest:
    UNF = identify all data elements.
    1NF = identify the key with which you can find all data.
    90% of users' problems can be resolved by punching them - the other 10% by switching off their PCs.
