    Answered: Converted ADP to Accdb - a few questions

    I have converted an ADP file to Accdb (have done this on more than one occasion) but this one is giving me some unexpected behavior

    the code compiles - but every where I am setting a value based on a combo box and then filtering a subform based on the string I am getting error 3075
    Below is a real example
    strAllocationID = "[AllocationID]=" & Me.ddlbFacility
    Me.Subform_FacilityList.Form.FilterOn = True 'this is where the error breaks

    error 7075
    Syntax error (missing operator) in query expression '[AllocationID]='.

    This worked fine in the ADP format - I had to move the ADO library reference to number 3 behind Visual Basic for Applications and Microsoft Access 14.0 object library to get the project to compile in the new accdb format.

    My other libraries AFTER the ADO reference is :
    Ole Automation
    Microsoft Access 14.0 Access Database Engine Object Library
    Microsoft Windows Common Controls

    Is there a conflict between the Access 14.0 object library and the 14.0 Access Database Engine Object Library ?

    what is different between the ADP (2007) and the New 2010 Accdb?
