    Unanswered: My query is returning duplicate records, Access 2013

    First off there is no duplicates. Thats the first thing I checked. I am relatively new to access and built this with wizards and frustration. But...it works great except this flaw I have found. I have looked over the designed the query 20 times and do not see the problem. I looked at the relationships and still think it's right but I guess it can't be if this is happening. I can do anything in this program but just can't wright code. I am including the SQL here:
    SELECT tblOUTBOM.TransDate, tblBOM.BOMNUM, tblJobs.ERJOBNUM, tblOUTBOM.Desc, tblOUTBOM.Notes, tblOUTBOM.LinkScan, tblOUTBOM.TransType, tblBOM.LOCATION.Value
    FROM (tblOUTBOM INNER JOIN tblBOM ON tblOUTBOM.fkBOMID = tblBOM.BOMID) INNER JOIN tblJobs ON tblOUTBOM.fkJOBID = tblJobs.JOBSID
    WHERE (((tblBOM.BOMNUM)=[Enter BOM Num]))
    ORDER BY tblOUTBOM.TransDate DESC;

    I have attached 4 images to describe my problem. I sure hope someone can figure it out because I sure can't see it.
    Thanks in advance...

    so youi have joined teo tables, and Im guessing there are more than one row for a specific value in the join. thats what is generating 'duplicates'.
    I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton

    That is correct...then somewhere in the records displayed is 1 field keeping it from being a dupe.
