Been a while!

I am working on a interesting problem. I have a excel spread sheet with about 300 rows of data spanning about 60/65 column deep. In each of the row, there is column for country. I would like a the user to see a checkbox form with 2 letter country code. the user can check as many they like to and all that info should be captured into a cell. So essentially when the cell has focus it should pull up the form automatically, from there the user can check all they need to check from the form and back in the cell, i need to have the 2 letter country code separated by a comma.

Not sure how to accomplish this. Any thoughts or advise?
