But generally, I'm inserting a WHERE condition where I can have a parameter, and if I don't have anything for that parameter, please ignore that condition so it would return all.

And COALESCE seems to be the answer... until I kept running it and it never searched by the second argument. It doesn't accept <code>NULL </code> for the first parameter, so I was hoping just two single quotes would substitute for it.
