Unanswered: How does one identify if Oracle Data Guard is enabled in Oracle database?

How does one identify if the Oracle Data Guard feature is enabled in Oracle database?

If this can be determined by a query, what is the query for finding the same?

    Cool

    or just:
    Code:
    SQL> show parameter broker

    NAME TYPE VALUE
    ------------------------------------ -------------------------------- ------------------------------
    dg_broker_config_file1 string +DATA/dr1orcl1.dat
    dg_broker_config_file2 string +DATA/dr2orcl1.dat
    dg_broker_start boolean TRUE
