Hi Guys, i have a small dilemma and i have tried soooo many things but its obvious that i'm doing something very wrong. Here it is:

i have 4 tables which are INVENTORY, BVE_ORDER_DTL, BOM_TOP_LEVEL, BOM_SUB_LEVEL.
We have a distribution company and we have all kinds of items. In the BVE_ORDER_DTL is the detail of the orders and has the following infos:

ITEM # DESCRIPTION

A111 Item 1
KIT1 item 2
KIT1.1 Item 3
KIT1.2 Item 4
KIT1.3 Item 5

so basically the KIT1 is a kit with all his components (KIT1.1, 1.2, 1.3).

In order to know if the item is a kit or not the INVENTORY.TYPE="V" means this item is a KIT item and the name which is "KIT1" is stored into the table BOM_TOP_LEVEL.top_code and all the components in the BOM_SUB_LEVEL.sub_code.

So my most important goal is to have this end product:

ITEM # DESCRIPTION

A111 Item 1
KIT1 item 2
KIT1.1 Item 3
KIT1.2 Item 4
KIT1.3 Item 5

All this is to show on the Packing slip that this item is a Special KIT. The components should be INDENTED a couple of spaces!

Now, after having tried everything i can think of, i dont have a solution of it... i would really appreciate help on this!

I hope i was clear enough.

thanks guys for your help

William!
