    Unanswered: DB2 connectivity issue

    DB2 version 9.7 FP 7
    OS : aix

We have 1 local database in db directory and when we are connecting to it using db2 connect to dbname its connecting fine..

The issue is when the application user is connecting with db2 connect to dbname user username using password getting below error.

Security processing failed with reason 36.

    Authentication : Client

THe same database is in other server is connecting fine without any issues.. only with new server.. OLD and NEW servers are exact same there is no difference.

    Thanks IN Advance

Good DBAs are not formed in a week or a month. They are created little by little, day by day. Protracted and patient effort is needed to develop good DBAs.
