Unanswered: Grant User Access To Specific Schemas in DB2

I am new to DB2 and am using DB2 on windows. Created a db2 database as a source for Cognos IBM and all is well.

I have a requirement to restrict users to view specific schemas in my database. When a add in a new active directory user into DB2, this user appears to view all schemas in database. I cant seem to find a sql script or in Data Studio how to restrict this user from only seeing certain schemas, not all ?

My guess is that PUBLIC has the access, and everyone is a member of public. Start by revoking privileges from PUBLIC.

have a look at infocenter to understand db2 security model
    have a look at sysibm.systabauth
how do you add users to db2 ?
view schemas/catalog is not the same as viewing data
you mean schemas or data for schemas : be more specific/precise

Good DBAs are not formed in a week or a month. They are created little by little, day by day. Protracted and patient effort is needed to develop good DBAs.
