Unanswered: Oracle Enterprise Manager 13C management pack

We have installed Oracle OEM 13C in our environment.

Now we need to Add additional management packs. We already have license for these management packs but not sure about the steps how to add those.

Can anyone here let us know how can we do that?
The management packs are as below:
    - Middleware (Foundation) - WebLogic Management Pack Enterprise Edition
    - Middleware (SOA) - SOA Management Pack Enterprise Edition
    - Middleware (Identity) - Management Pack Plus for Identity Management
    - Middleware (WebCenter) Oracle Management Pack for WebCenter
    - Technology (Database) - Diagnostics Pack

Not sure for 13c. This is the guide for 12c, if it helps. Maybe it's the same/similar?

    Thanks for the reply.

I had checked this link already. It gives you the instructions to enable or disable the existing packs. We need to know how can we enable the packs which are not showing in "Setup -> management packs -> management packs access" setting.

    Any suggestion would help.
