I am more of a data analyst but am working my way into databases. I have been working on an idea for the new company I am working for and would like some advice on if I am on the right path.

We have a few smaller businesses that we are managing but they all run different CRM and POS systems and software. I was attempting to find a database that would be able to accept their inputted information in a very very user friendly manner then store it for us to run reports on later. Or is there a database that can work with different CRMs to accept different CRM exports to get the same idea of a chunk of information sent to me to be analyzed.

All help and advice is appreciated as I explore this idea!
