db2 10.5 ese on linux/aix
we had a problem with cdc replicating records from db2
there is a log timestamp information in the DB2 log record and acoording the cdc team tis is limited to hh.mm.ss
I could not find any additional information on this to confirm, that log-records have fractions of seconds in timestamp
I see with rollforward that the ts is also limited to ss.
Is anybody using recovery expert of DB2 ?
I had an thought that with RE we could select undo/redo at timestamp fraction of seconds
can anybody confirm this ?

Good DBAs are not formed in a week or a month. They are created little by little, day by day. Protracted and patient effort is needed to develop good DBAs.
