    Unanswered: db2stop effects on ISAS

    Hi All,

I am in need of your comments for my scenario.

In ISAS Box, mistakenly db2stop command has been issued and force stopped it when realized.

As far as I know, hastopdb2 command will only bring down the database in ISAS box. And I could see the DB is connectable, but the concern here is that in parallel reorg was running on one table which is partitioned across nodes. When I checked the reorg status using SYSIBMADM.SNAPTAB_REORG it shows STOPPED in couple of nodes.

Can anyone help me to understand that this db2stop has effect on reorg though the DB is connectable and on other nodes reorg is running fine.

Recovery of an online table reorganization
Recovery of an offline table reorganization
You can start/resume the reorg command on a subset of database nodes where it's stopped.
