I have got a valid abstract query plan (ASE 15.7) for a select statement
When running ...

select ....
" ... here comes the plan ... "

it works fine, so the plan is taken and the performance is good.

When then creating the plan with

create plan
"select ..."
" ... here comes the plan ..."

it creates and stores the plan in sysqueryplans, but when running the select, it does not consider the stored plan.

What settings do I have?
sp_configure "abstract plan load", 1
dump, replace and cache are set to 0
Before running the query, I do set

set plan load on

I even tried
set plan exists check on
but it does not help.

I am completely lost.
Not sure what I am missing.

I hope someone can help!!!!

Many thanks.
