Unanswered: Filter Listbox Using Textbox With Multiple Keywords And Separator

I have unbound form with unbound text box and list box which is linked to table. I would like to know whether is it possible to filter multiple line items / records in list box by using keywords entered in text box.

    For Example:

    Table contains below record

    ID User EMPID
    1 John 480
    2 Alex 123
    3 Jana 789

In unbound text box if i type as below (In Put), the line item in list box should show both records of John and Alex. Like:

In Put: For more please look into snap shot.Click image for larger version.

Why use a text box to type, when you can pick items from a list?
The user can dbl-click the EMP from list, run an append query and the name will appear in a table.

Or use vba code to add to a text box.

Why type items that are already there to click?
