Just wondering if Access will play nice with a filename that has spaces in it?
I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton

You're sure it's not 'printing' to the XPS Document Writer (or its equivalent, on you version of Windows) or the PDF Creator? In Windows 7 I have a problem with some programs trying to print to something other than the default printer, and maybe running this through a batch file/Task Scheduler is doing this.

    Hope this helps!

The problem with making anything foolproof...is that fools are so darn ingenious!
