Question Unanswered: Problem on Dumpall, the result is without permissions

Hello guys, I need to update a database with postgres to version 9.6, so I decided to use the dump / restores as a mechanism for allowing me to start a new installation, no updates on existing binaries.

A however is that, despite being a simple procedure, the dumpall is not generating a file to restore the permissions to create and use of database entities, such as stored procedures and even tables.

In materials and forums I found something about, this problem exists in using the dump instead of dumpall, which is not my case.

Has anyone experienced this situation before?

    Hugs and thanks guys.

Please show us the complete pg_dumpall command you used to dump the entire cluster.

Does pg_dump for a single database include the correct permissions?
I will not read nor answer questions where the SQL code is messy and not formatted properly using [code] tags: http://www.dbforums.com/misc.php?do=bbcode#code

I just use two pg_dumpall commands:

one with -a (data only) and another with -s (schema only, include permissions)
