Question Unanswered: Is it possible to restore DB from a existing folder to a new DB2 installation

My AIX machine crashed and it was fully restored as new.

There was no DB backup during the time of crash.

I have a new clean DB2 installation and now i have just the folder where the DB2 Node is present.

Is it possible to restore the DB from this node?

    Please help.

    I have the following folders:

    > sqllib us2db

    cd us2db

    > NODE0000

    cd NODE0000

    > SQL00001 sqldbdir

What's the output of the following command?
    DB2PATH/bin/db2greg -dump
DB2PATH is the DB2 installation directory which can be found with:
    /usr/local/bin/db2ls

    Hello,

According to the "db2greg -dump" your instance us2db is not listed among the known instances.
Do you really have us2db user in OS?
If yes, what's the output of the following commands:
    Code:
    ls -l ~us2db
    ls -l ~us2db/sqllib/ctrl/.fencedID
    id us2db
    id $(ls -l ~us2db/sqllib/ctrl/.fencedID | awk '{print $3}')
    /opt/IBM/db2/V9.5/instance/db2ilist
    Regards,
    Mark.
