Post Unanswered: Postgres SQL database sync with another identical server.

    Hi members,

I have two server installed with postgres sql servers installed in it.
both the truly identical to each other and installed in same server rack.
Now i want to do the following:-
    1. How do I setup postgres whenever the 1st server gets new data in table it should automatically gets updated in 2nd server. means replication needs to implement.
    2. Everyday I have to restore database as it comes from the other user's permission I have manually change the user and give full permission to tables under it.
Is there is way so that all the table permission can be change without choosing single table every time.

Any suggestions and help will be helpful for me.

    1. can be done using the built-in replication: https://www.postgresql.org/docs/curr...ilability.html

I have no idea what 2. is supposed to mean. How can a database come from a user's permission?
I will not read nor answer questions where the SQL code is messy and not formatted properly using [code] tags: http://www.dbforums.com/misc.php?do=bbcode#code
