    Unanswered: Easy Email Filtering

    Excuse me but I am a newbie but have managed to grasp basic queries etc.

    I have a contact table with lots of email addresses. Within another table it i have 5 Yes/NO fields dictating if they belong to a specific sector. Both tables has a company Name field and so i have run a query.

    The Query has company name, email address and all only records where each of these 5 fields (sectors) are true.

    I want to have a form where i can filter email addresses depending on what sector. So i can filter out just email addresses from a specific sector only?

    Hope i have managed to explain myself properly.

    Thanks

    I would create a text on the Form with a button

    in event on_click of that button

    Me.Filter = "[FeildNametoSearch] = '" & Me.Thattextbox & "'"
    me.FilterOn=True
    hope this help
