    Unanswered: golden gate error

    Hi,

    I m new to golden gate, i m trying to do initial load between db2 database from linux Source to linux Target

    my initial load file

    EXTRACT load1
    USERID db2inst1, PASSWORD db2inst1
    RMTHOST lxtarudb01, MGRPORT 7809
    RMTTASK replicat, GROUP load2
    TABLE db2inst1.staff;


    replicat load1 file n target

    REPLICAT load2
    USERID db2inst1, PASSWORD db2inst1
    ASSUMETARGETDEFS
    MAP db2inst1.staff, TARGET db2inst1.staff;

    after connecting to database from goldengate

    DBLOGIN SOURCEDB sample, USERID db2inst1, PASSWORD db2inst1

    I think this should be in the DB2 forum
    90% of users' problems can be resolved by punching them - the other 10% by switching off their PCs.

    ok sure let me post there as well,

    while checking the log i missed the SOURDB sample, USERID username, PASSWORD passwd

    now getting error related to target directories :

    Actually my source and target file system are not some,

    if we use RMTTASK do our source and target file system should be sam
