Unanswered: Exporting Access Reports to PDF

    Hi all
I have an Access report that is opened from a form.
The user uses this form to select the customer, month and a check to wave late payments. The form sends the customer, month to the query and the status of the ckeck box to the report and opens the report, which is working fine.
My problem is When I export or even print the report after closing the Form, the report the check box is empty and the late fees still aply. In another words when the report is originaly opened it all looks good but not when it is printed.

This makes no sense. If the report is designed correctly and you see the data in the report correctly,
then it must print to pdf correctly.
    are you using:
    docmd.OutputTo acOutputReport ,"rptMyReport",acFormatPDF,"c:\folder\file.pdf"

    Thanks for your reply.
You write it makes no sense.
    It's working now.
I'm wondering this database was created in Access 2010, would it work the same in office 365 as the Issue originaly was noticed on office 365.

What happens if you print or export the report before closing the form?

It just doesn't work using the export button in access an using windows10's microsoft print to PDF
