Answered: CLPPLUS connect to DB without password

    Hello Guru's,
If am an instance owner, Is it possible to connect to database without password in CLPPLUS?
The specific case is I don't have instance owner password since it is shared.
I become instance owner with steps below
    1. Login to AIX server as my user login ( this is non-dba account)
    2. Become root using sudo -i
    3. Become instance owner without specifying password for instance owner(This is DB2 account).

I can do everything from this point on-wards except do work using clpplus, which I would really like to do
since it provide command line history retention.
please let me if this is possible or if any workaround.

    DB2 10.5 on AIX 7.1

    Thanks
    Raj.
