    Unanswered: Advanced UI questions

I;m wondering if it would be possible to show the currently selected record in a continuus subform other than using the record selector. I would like to have for example a different backcolor for the controls or a bold font weight..

Assuming that the relationship is one (main form record) to many (subform records), add a foreign key to your -many- relation, which has the same properties as the primary key of your -one- relation.

In the desgn view of your form, you can right-click the sub form, select properties, and select the Link Child Field and Link Master Field to synchronize the forms.

You can right-click any control on a form, click properties and change form and color. You cannot change the color of buttons.

    Hope this helps....
