Lightbulb Unanswered: Cannot start DB2 Control Center

Any reason why I cannot start the DB2 Control Center on UNIX?

    As root I tried:
    #db2cc

As the db2 instance I tried the same command and this is the error that I got:

    odtest:/>db2cc
java.lang.InternalError: Can't connect to X11 window server using ':0.0' as the
    value of the DISPLAY variable.

are you using an X-Window emulator? Try setting DISPLAY to the IP of your local machine...
