Unanswered: problem with update anywhere replication

    Hi,

    I'm working with DB2 UDB Workgroup 7.1 on Win2000.

I'm trying to set up an Update Anywhere Replication between 2 databases on the same DB2 server.
I have been able to get data changed on the source server to replicate to the target, but have been unable to get data changed on the target to replicate back to the source.

    - I have defined the replication source as an update-anywhere table with
standard conflict detection and select "Capture before image" option for all columns
    - I have defined the replication target as a replica and selected a "Time
based" frequency of replication for both source to target and replica to
    source replication
    - I have installed and set up the NT Service Control Manager for
automatically start capture and apply programs.
    - I have created the ntserv.asn file to run Capture on the source and target server and Apply on the target server

    SOURCEDB C:\SQLLIB\BIN\ASNCCP
    TARGETDB C:\SQLLIB\BIN\ASNCCP
TARGETDB C:\SQLLIB\BIN\ASNAPPLY myapplyqualifier TARGETDB TRCFLOW TRCFILE

(As explains in the "Replication guide and Reference", Capture must be
runned on both source and target servers ans Apply on the target server
    only).

    - I have created the "myapplyqualifier.pwd" file
    - I have started the Capture programs and Apply program by starting the replication service from the NT Service Control Manager

Data updated in the source is replicated but data changed in the target is
not replicated to the source !!

I've got the following message in "myapplyqualifier.trc" file:
ASN1001E The Apply program encountered an SQL error.

    ERRCODE is 790102
    SQLSTATE is 428C9
    SQLCODE is - 798
    SQLERRM is ID
    SQLERRP is SQLNQ58C
    server name is mysourceservername
    table name is mysourcetablename

Did I forgot anything in my configuration ?

Thanks a lot for your answers.

    Dov

No new line at the end of the .asn file

Make sure don't put a <enter> at the end of the asn file. I believe it's a doc error.
