    Unanswered: Need help with Access Reports

    I am using Access 2000 and have this large database. There are two things I would like to know.

    A)I created a form that contains all the field names in the tables and checkbox's next to them. I wanted to know if there was a way (VB Code or something) to create a report using only the fields that are checked on the form?

    B)How to save the report as a text file when the option to selected on the form.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated,

    Not quite sure if this is helpful:

    A) Setup a query for the control source and use the criteria to pick up the records with Yes (-1) for your checkboxes.

    B) Try TransferText in code or a macro to save to a text (delimited or rich text) format. Also, you can e-mail a form or report as a rich text file, it works pretty slick.
