    Question Unanswered: Need help with a query

    I have a table in Access 97 where each record looks like this:

    XYZ Company, Address, Contact 1, Title 1, Contact 2, Title 2, Contact 3, Title 3 .

    How do I run a query to make the records look like this?

    XYZ Company, Address, Contact 1, Title 1
    XYZ Company, Address, Contact 2, Title 2
    XYZ Company, Address, Contact 3, Title 3

    Can anyone help me out with this?

    Select XYZCompany, Address, Contact1 as Contact, Title1 as Title From tblTable Union All
    Select XYZCompany, Address, Contact2 as Contact, Title2 as Title From tblTable

    Union All does the trick.
