Yes it's possible. You have to copy all db2move export files to the new server and issue "db2move sample import -p <password> -u <username>"

Lightbulb Note about cross platform db2Move

    Hi,

I may be a complete moron for even attempting this stunt, but I wanted to do a db2Move export from a linux db2 database, copy the files to NT, then do a db2Move Import. I got all kinds of errors on import, and noticed in the export messages that a Code Page conversion had occurred. hmmm. Well, what worked was to use the NT db2Move exporting the Linux db through a database alias, so that the files were generated on NT, then I imported into NT just fine. I wish there was a binary export file format in DB2 like Oracle has, so as not to fuss with CR/LF conventions etc...
