    Unanswered: Error in agent servicing application. Needs Help, please!!

    Hello, I am working with IBM DB2 UDB 7.2 fix pack 4 and NT with SAP version 4.5B and every thursday we have error entries in the NT event viewer. Every thursday at 5 o`clock we are having the same errors and the server hangs. The following lines are written in db2diaglog file:

    I have attached the file.

    This situation only happens every thursday and we have to stop SAP services and DB2 services or we have to reset the server to continue working.

    Are you using TSM to backup your system?
