Unanswered: db2 export and db2look and Oracle full database export

Oracle full database export generates 'dmp' file that carries all objects and content in database. (May be used for database recovery, tablespace recovery, object recovery, or data recovery, in some extent.
    Or recreate database)

What are the command, utilities and or functions (excluding db2 backup) in db2 that provide equivalent mechanism like Oracle’s full database export?

Db2look does not regenerate foreign key constraint, and seems it does not generate script to create tablespace and syscat related information.
"Db2 export" exports tables' data and structure.

Thanks so much for you input and help.

    Why don't you like BACKUP?

Use a redirected RESTORE you can reload a backed up database entirely, including catalogs and statistics. We do this to rebuild test environments before running performance tests.

If backup is not an option, then db2move is the closest you'll get. You will then have to rebuild RI constraints and others manually.
