Question Unanswered: Importing Topspeed .tps database

Does anyone know how to import a .tps (Topspeed) database into Access?

    Thanks!

I do not think a .tps (Topspeed) file is a recognized file format in access.
You may want to see if there are some conversion tools out there so that you may convert the tps into a file that Access recognizes.

Softvelocity offers ODBC drivers at http://www.softvelocity.com/products...ase_tsodbc.htm once installed you should be able to import or link to these tables via odbc.....

I suspect the ODBC driver should work ok for importing .tps files. Be aware, however, that I had terrible problems with complaints of null valued in nonvariant datatype when linking through that driver.

Where can you get this ODBC driver and how do you use it?

    TIA
