Unhappy Unanswered: Big time printing problems

    Any tips gratefully accepted...

I'm working in Access 2000, and last week our server went down. As a consequence the shared printer drivers had to be reinstalled. For some reason, the reports I designed for that specific printer (our workhorse) have stopped communicating with the printer and will not let me go in and change the printer choice.

I want to go into design mode to choose another printer, but when I do it causes and application error ("...We are are sorry for the inconvenience..." argh) and I get kicked out.

I've reinstalled the printer driver without success. I have tried importing the report into a brand new database, and the same thing happens. Oh woe is me, what to do! I really don't want to start from scratch and redesign the report...

Ooo, I haven't done that before!

I shall give it a whirl. Thanks.

    Thumbs up

Wow, that worked! It bought me just enough time to sneak into design view, quickly change the printer then save under another name successfully before it bombed out.

Thanks ever so much for the help!
