I am trying to merge an excel spreadsheet with a microsoft word document. However, when i do the merge the numbers that are not in the spreadsheet show up. For example the spreadsheet has no data entered yet 0.00 shows up. It does not do this for all of the cells but only for random ones.

Also, how would i do an if statement so that it would only print the merge field if two test conditions returned false ? Is there something like a != ?
