    Unanswered: Dlete Query

    Hi,
I have access 2000 that has been converted from 97.
I'm trying to delete data from a table and I get an error messag:
"Could not delete from specified tables"
The DB is not read-only and I can delete records manualy from the table.
    the query:
    "delete A.* from A inner join B on B.Field1 = A.Field1
    where B.Field2=blabla"

The relation between the tables is One-B to Many-A

Dose someone know why the query dosn't work

    Thanks

    I Have this problem sometimes...

    Possible workaround:

    Add a Yes/No field to table A.

Make the the delete query an update query that updates the yes/no field
to yes if the record is returned from your query.

Then run a second query that deletes all the records from Table A where
    your new field equals 'True'
