    Question Unanswered: Problems with conection between informix in diferent hosts

    I NEED SOME HELP !
    When I try to make a query accessing a database in another host the system panics and goes down.
    I receive this message:

    system can bring down because CONTEX:mem are many cases please post more error in online log

    Hi,
    please give more information. How do you try to connect the foreign host, sqleditor300, or any program via odbc?
    Did it already work till now?
    What Systems do you work with?
    Window or Unix.
    You need to have a service in the file services.
    sqlhosts has to be changed.
    I am using odbc driver informix 3.30 32 Bit
    It works from Winnt(sqleditor300) to Unix Server(DB Informix 7.30 UC2).

    We will need the af file.
    What OS?
    maybe an upgrade to 7.31.UD3 is already a good idea...
